The Australian Employee Ownership Association (NSW) (AEOA) is looking to wind up and transfer all of it assets to Employee Ownership Australia and New Zealand Ltd (EOA).
In the process the EOA Board requires assistance with settling the constitution and membership structure, the wind up and transfer process of the AEOA, including the final AGM, transfer of assets, closure of banking and other administrative functions and establishment of new structures.
There is the added complexity of the AEOA being connected with another group and that connection being cut prior to the wind up process commencing.
