About the role
The Operations General Manager (OGM) of TIA Australia is responsible for keeping the organisation running smoothly with direction from and in collaboration with the Executive Director (ED).
In 2016, the OGM is responsible for the effective establishment and smooth operation of TIA Australia, including the VolunTIA teams. In particular, enabling the achievement of set operational processes, targets and goals of events and working closely with the ED to support TIA’s sponsorship and fundraising initiatives. The successful incumbent must demonstrate commitment and promotion of TIA’s core values of creativity, fun, team work, dedication, and transparency.
