Legal Advisor/Representative

Newly formed, Queensland Incorporated Association, Mr Gay Oz Inc seeks a firm or individual to provide it with ad hoc legal services and professional advice.

Requests could relate to structuring partnership/funding agreements, corporate governance, grant applications, taxation, intellectual property, dispute resolution and service provider arrangements.

It is expected that these requests would be minimal and therefore not overly time consuming for the volunteer.

The opportunity exists for the Legal Advisor / Representative to sit on the Board of Directors.
