Fundraising Co-ordinator

Blue Sky Project Australia Ltd. (ACN 150 881 299) is an Australian public company established under the Australian Corporations Act (2001). Blue Sky Project is a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) for charitable purposes only.

The objective of Blue Sky Project is to contribute towards a reduction in the number of children and young adults affected by poverty in South-East Asia. In particular, Blue Sky Project is focused on providing improved quality of life and access of education in less fortunate, lower socio-economic, and regional areas in the region.

Blue Sky Project operates as an independant organisation, not as a subsidiary of other NGOs, or multi-national charities. Therefore, Blue Sky Project maintains complete ownership and control how its funds are managed (from donation to benefit). This ensures that Blue Sky Project is able to minimise administrative overheads and limit donation-leakage.Blue Sky Project is solely operated by volunteers, therefore we are always seeking passionate and enthusiastic people that are interested in volunteering their time either at home or abroad.

Having grown at a steady rate over the initial 12 months we have been operating, it is now time to bring onboard a dedicated volunteer to fulfill the role of Fundraising Co-ordinator.

This role is at the epicenter of Blue Sky Project and is critical in providing the much needed funding for our activities and programs in Australia and overseas.

The role will require you to work with the Directors to develop, plan and execute various key fundraising initiatives from simple donation boxes to sponsorships.

Please bare in mind we are a grass roots charity that is still quite small and as such we are looking for someone to fulfill this role who is eager and full of good ideas to help us to continue to grow the organisation.
