About the role
RESULTS are seeking group members for their Sydney Northern Beaches group!
RESULTS is an international network of volunteer grassroots advocates working to build the political will to end global poverty.
The group meets monthly to learn about an issue of poverty, become articulate in speaking about it, then take action on it. This is usually in the form of writing letters to MPs and Senators, organising meetings with MPs and Senators, and writing letters to the editors of newspapers.
Groups also occasionally host education or fundraising events.
If you are passionate about making a real difference, available for group meetings (first Friday of the month 10am – 12pm), teleconferences (last Sunday of the month, 3:30pm – 4:30pm) and keen to get on board, please get in touch!
