Update your organisation's details

To update your organisation's listing details, you need to have the unique Organisation ID (CID) that we have sent to you.  We will have sent it to you by email, but you can also find it on your invoice.  If you cannot find your organisation ID, please call us on 03 8080 5650.

Once you have your Organisation ID, you can fill out the update form to change the listing details.   We will then review and update your records, and send you an email to let you know when the changes are live.

Tips for updating your listing page

 

1. Update changes only

The listing update form is 7 pages, but you only need to send us the information which need to be changed. 

 

2. Include your logo

Display of your organisation's logo is included as part of your listing, so why not put it up. It is a great way to convey your organisation's branding, and it acts as a button to lead visitors through to your website.  Simply attach a copy of your logo as a .jpeg file (it is on the last page of the update form).

 

3. Use pictures and video

Your online listing is your own page so, include as much content as you can to attract new supporters for your organisation. Add colour with photos, links to your website and embed online videos.

To embed video or photos, include the URL link to where your video or photos are hosted online in the listing update form, and we will include them in your listing.

 

4. List the help you need

We have included a whole section on each listing for you to list the ways in which people can support your organisation. So make sure you link to where they can donate, how to volunteer or the details for establishing a bequest or major gift. 

 

5. Highlight your listing

Colourful and animated button advertisements are a great add-on to drive traffic to your listing, or it is not too late to upgrade to an enhanced listing, placing your organisation with its logo at the top of your category online and giving you an extra line in the printed directory.   To find out more about the various advertising options, contact Carmel Gilbert on 03 80805650, or email carmel@probonoaustralia.com.au
