and many people become concerned with how to deal with conflict at work, limiting their
ability to be assertive, or feel comfortable at work.
Dealing with Conflict at Work, is an interactive and workshop based training session
designed to provide information and ways to work with conflict. Through the provision of this
information, participants feel that they are better able to deal with conflict at work, and are
more comfortable in tricky situations.
Conflict styles, ways of communicating, negotiation, and skills development are covered.
