We also offer a free recruitment services to employers, as well as staff training and support to business through our Learning and Development Services.

Our Job Network service assists jobseekers to secure employment and offers one on one intensive assistance and training. WISE marketers can work closely with employers to identify appropriate candidates for positions and ensure the placements success.

Our Disability Open Employment Service specialises in assisting people with a disability or chronic illness to secure and maintain employment. WISE offers career guidance, resume development, coaching for interviews and assistance with workplace modifications

Our Personal Support Program offers one to one support to help people overcome serious personal barriers, stabilise their lives and gain training and employment. We help people to resolve a wide range of issues including addiction, homelessness and ill health so they can move forward

Make It Work is a unique program assisting people on bail to find housing, address health issues, build confidence, gain employment, undergo training and reintegrate into the community.

Learning and Development Services offer Nationally Accredited training and qualifications as well short courses in business, management, computers and other workplace skills.
