NCOSS Community Cover is a national bulk buying insurance program for not for profit organisations established by the Council of Social Service of NSW (NCOSS) in response to the 2002 insurance crisis. Working through international brokers, Aon Risk Services, NCOSS Community Cover provides a wide range of commercial insurances including public liability, association protector liability (combination professional indemnity and directors & officers), volunteer personal accident, property and motor vehicles insurances. The scheme's focus on quality means that policies are tailored to meet the specific needs of not-for-profit organisations, for example, the volunteer personal accident insurance has no volunteer age limits, while the Association Protector policy provides automatic cover for employment practices liability and fidelity.
