About

CMA was established in 1993 by Eric Kornhauser. After 13 years in law and finance, Eric taught in Harvard University's internationally-acclaimed negotiation program. Recognising the enormous value that the Harvard approach could bring to Australian business, Eric returned home to set up CMA, with support from some of Harvard's key people. Today, CMA comprises a team of expert consultants with international experience and from a variety of backgrounds, including law, finance, psychology, mediation, commerce, academia and management. We are constantly evolving to meet our clients' needs: honing our techniques, acquiring new knowledge, and forming alliances that equip us to take on new challenges. Over the years, we have developed a close relationship with Monash University, presenting a calendar of public workshops in association with the University and teaching skills subjects to the undergraduate and postgraduate students in its Law Faculty. One thing has remained constant since our inception: the strong belief that best practice in business is consistent with the highest ethical standards.
