1024 Pty Ltd

1024 is a software development company working exclusively for the community and not-for-profit sector. 1024 has developed its 'Ivo' client management application specifically for the unique challenges faced by community organisations - limited funding, increasing demand for services, and ongoing (and often increasing) reporting obligations to funding bodies.

About

Our focus is on producing solutions to assist community organisations to function more effectively within the unique constraints of the sector – limited funding, increasing workloads, and ongoing reporting obligations to funding bodies.

Reporting obligations are a particular focus that we aim to simplify.  Our primary product, Ivo, is a client management system that has been designed, from its inception, to manage multiple funding sources and the varied reporting requirements of those funding bodies.  It is capable of being configured, as required, to meet virtually any reporting requirement.

Examples of work

  • Our client management application, Ivo, which has been developed specifically for community organisations  (www.1024.com.au/ivo.html).  A modern and sophisticated application for organisations to manage their clients and workload, but also provides extensive reporting and data analysis capabilities.  The key capability of the software is the ability to manage and report on almost any requirements for any number of funding bodies.

  • A resource and client management system for the Online Access Centre network in Tasmania.  The application provides a graphical interface for managing resource bookings, member details and course provision.  Originally sold to individual centres, the application was subsequently purchased by the State Government for use in all centres across Tasmania.

  • A client management system for The Link Youth Health Service in Hobart to manage the "Innovative Health Services for Homeless Youth" program, which provides emergency health services to homeless and 'at risk' youth.  The program tracks clients requiring assistance, the workers who process the application and the service providers who provide the actual service.  This database has now been replaced with the Ivo application.
