Does the Not for Profit Sector have a Funny Bone? Check this out!

Adelaide-based cartoonist and illustrator, Simon Kneebone is taking the measure of the Australian Not for Profit sector in his latest works.
Pro Bono Australia asked Simon to take a look at what has been making news in the Not for Profit sector in recent weeks and put his own special skills to work.
Here’s what the “NFP Kneebone” came up with.

Simon Kneebone has been a freelance cartoonist and illustrator for nearly 30 years.
He has worked with a wide range of organisations, his graphics appearing in many publications, websites and on NFP conference walls.
Originally he studied psychology and worked as a youth worker in Port Adelaide. Both turned out to be good training for work as a cartoonist.
Areas of specialisation include social issues, health, community, education, science, agriculture and the environment.
He uses graphics as a means of communicating ideas and information, and using positive depictions and humour to engage the reader.
Simon’s cartoon commentary on social and political issues appears in the South Australian produced journal Australian Options.
He also draws a monthly editorial cartoon for the UK based New Internationalist.
Lets us know your thoughts on the NFP Kneebone Cartoons. We are keen to have a laugh about everyday experiences within the sector... even for just a few moments each week.

NFP cartoons
Gorgeous - the NFP sector is not famous for humour. We can all do with a good belly laugh at ourselves.
funny Bone
I love Simon Kneebone..bring on more funnies
Funnies
Bring on more cartoons, anecdotes, overheards, etc - the sector has a tendency to take itself too seriously.
not for profit cartoons
Love them Simon's a genius, Let's see more
Funnybone
Simon has drawn cartoons for Deal Communication Centre (now the Anne McDonald Centre) for 25 years or so. We still use them all in publications, powerpoints, or on the net - whenever we need to make people think, or to give the audience a reason to smile. I'm so glad to see his work here - it's been a while. Must be time for us to commission another batch!
Thanks
Thanks for the cartoons. I love a good laugh. We just found you and joined yesterday. I've been flat out setting up W.O.W!, so this brief interlude has been lovely.
