 The Developing Your Board Project, within the Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Non Profit Studies (ACPNPS) is conducting research and developing survey instruments which will help boards of Not for Profit organisations to improve their governance arrangements and practices. 
 
The aim is to assist NFP boards in developing skills that reflect on performance and evaluation, encourage open discussions about changes and pass on  their learning to successors.
