The role

With the full support and guidance from the Director of Fundraising, and working in conjunction with the Database and Online Technologies (DOT) team and other ACF directorates, you will bring your strategic insights and significant experience to actively lead the Supporter Services area.  You will investigate and identify opportunities to optimise the supporter experience using data insights.  You are encouraged to innovate by recommending and implementing innovations in the way Supporter Services proactively contributes to, and supports, new initiatives within ACF.

Your role is pivotal in providing the best possible supporter-centric approach and you will ensure that interactions with supporters are conducted positively, reflecting ACF’s values and vision.  You will manage the workflow and effectiveness of gift processing functions and staff, and develop strategies to optimize processing performance and data integrity.

Skills

You will:

  • Be a great motivator; leading and developing your team and getting results.
  • Manage the overall integrity of our CRM (Raiser’s Edge).
  • Monitor key performance measures including supporter feedback, transaction volumes and trends, and service level standards.
  • Develop and implement overall strategy for supporter-record data hygiene processes.
  • Contribute to the wider Fundraising directorate’s strategy and targets.
