Regional Practice Leader (Senior Clinician)

You will provide person centred transdisciplinary (clinical) supervision to a diverse team of service delivery professionals across the Melbourne South East geographical region to support the delivery of exceptional service and actively engage clients, carers, families, staff, volunteers and the broader community.

You will report to the Regional Manager and will work in close collaboration with organisational management and other Regional Practice Leaders (nationally) to build a service culture emphasising person centred practices, flexible and agile service delivery as well as autonomy and effective decision making. In line with Regional Manager expectations, you will also support the delivery of key elements of Vision Australia’s strategy which focus on clinical excellence.

Essential for this position is extensive experience in transdisciplinary direct supervision provision. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in a Allied Health or equivalent discipline with registration to your professional body necessary. You will also demonstrate clinical leadership capabilities, and also well developed knowledge of person-centred approaches and skills in the provision of services and innovations that reflect evidence-based, best practice. You will have knowledge and skills in working with children, adults and older adults
