The Soft TIssue Centre delivers effective workplace based services and systems for the prevention and treatment of musculo skeletal injuries using dedicated workplace based musculo skeletal health providers (eg chiropractors). Our sole business focus is to ensure people are able to remain in their job pain free and on full duties. We save Companies money and keep employees happy.

We work onsite with organisations and industries including local government, abattoirs, food manufacturing, zoos, mines, dairy and more.

We are seeking an outstanding integrated Marketing Manager to lead both our traditional and digital content and data strategy across key marketing channels to drive growth in new customers, revenue, brand and engagement.

About the role

You will manage all brand communications, including the development and activation of targeted marketing activities.

You will have extensive experience in developing and executing exemplary marketing programs, and possessing a solid understanding of CRM. You will ideally have specific experience in InfusionSoft and in professional services marketing.

You will collaborate with other Managers to develop, recommend and implement marketing strategies that enhance our relationships and communications with our customers, and prospective customers and contribute positively to our revenue streams and other business objectives.

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Significant experience in, and had accountability for a developing a commercial, transactional and content driven website, and for the delivery of a content plan, including integrated SEM, display, content marketing, video and brand story telling campaigns
  • Technical expertise in digital campaigns analytics, conversion optimisation for content marketing and SEO and in CMS, enterprise email and social platforms.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Must be interested in both developing plans as well as implementation.
  • Ideally, you will have a strong interest in workplace health and the promotion of professional services.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing / business or related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is not essential but would be preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years brand marketing experience and a minimum 12 months experience with InfusionSoft.
  • Experience managing budgets, analysing results, setting goals, forecasting and driving growth.
  • Considerable experience with both traditional and new media ecosystems.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Review and revitalise the strategic marketing plan and a yearly content calendar based on growth projections for the business.
  • Review and renew the online presence of STC.
  • Manage communications projects and launch campaigns including online marketing, media/PR, various marketing materials (eg. advertising, signage, digital media and printed collateral) used across various media platforms
  • Create and distribute copy for online targeted client campaigns, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and website drives.
  • Review and analyse data from InfusionSoft CRM and Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness, impact, and engagement of communications and social programs.
  • Manage and evaluate market research to understand the company’s existing and potential markets in all online and physical marketing strategies.
  • Drive participation at conferences, trade shows, company-sponsored events and client events.
  • Manage and monitor the annual marketing budget and advertising expenditure based on future growth of the business.
