Executive General Manager – Human Resources

EACH is a community services organisation that provides a diverse range of health and community services to vulnerable people and communities. With a dedicated workforce of 1,000 staff and 300 volunteers, our services range from primary health care to disability services to drug and alcohol recovery. Over our 40 year history, EACH has grown from a small grassroots community health service in Victoria’s outer-east to now having a presence across five states.

As a purpose driven, future-oriented and innovative organisation, we are looking for an energetic HR Executive to lead and support the development of our people so that they have the knowledge, skills, confidence and supportive environment to continually learn, grow and innovate in order to fulfill our purpose.

The position has dual strategic and operational responsibilities to lead and enable the development of EACH’s workforce, as well as ensuring effective HR practices are operational and compliant with relevant legal instruments. Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Team, the HR Executive will play a critical role in steering EACH’s growth, development and sustainability.
