About the Opportunity

An opportunity for a driven Digital Community Fundraising Coordinator has become available within the vibrant fundraising team in Woolloongabba. Joining the team on a full-time basis, you’ll be responsible for managing a number of digital marketing channels in order to coordinate the Foundation’s digital community fundraising program.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing online events and community fundraising activities through go-fundraise;
• Managing digital marketing campaigns using EDM, SEO, and social media;
• Producing SEO landing pages for fundraising and recruitment campaigns;
• Managing inquiries received via social media;
• Monitoring and reporting on levels of online engagement and reporting on social media activities and fundraising campaigns;
• Providing online donor support, including answering donor calls and fulfilling requests;
• Driving the growth of online and individual community fundraising for the foundation; and
• Providing marketing, communication, and administration support as required.
