Corporate Services Manager

Part time (19 hours per week)

Penington Institute advances health and community safety by connecting substance use research to practical action, promoting more effective, cost-efficient and compassionate ways to prevent and respond to problematic drug use.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Corporate Services Manager, who will play a critical role in the overall operation of the organisation, and will be responsible for a range of function areas including finance, human resources and Information Technology.

The role comprises management and oversight of Penington Institute’s corporate services, including financial monitoring, budgeting & reporting, financial management, income generation, asset management, human resources & payroll management and information technology.

We are looking for someone with a high degree of experience in accounting and payroll management with excellent oral & writing skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Penington Institute is a small not for profit organisation with DGR status and a total complement of 14 staff. We offer a dynamic working environment and are located at the city fringe. The remuneration package, including salary packaging, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

The position is part time (.05EFT) with working hours negotiable for the suitable applicant.
