Exciting opportunity to use your SMSF, operations or practice management experience and make a difference in the community. We are seeking someone passionate about systems, processes and exceptional client service delivery to lead our Client Administration/Operations team.

The opportunity
This role is an opportunity to optimise performance within our administrative operations. You will oversee all client service administration activities, the development of office systems, processes and controls, and the management of a small but growing team.
- Work closely with the CEO to make your mark on a successful and expanding business
- Lead a small but growing team committed to producing high quality, high volume work
- Develop and implement processes and systems to improve service delivery
- Oversee all aspect of client servicing and administration
- Manage Salesforce and other office systems
- Use your experience in financial services to make a difference in the community
Selection criteria
We’re looking for a highly motivated and friendly candidate with a passion for process efficiency and improvement. As the ideal candidate, you:
- Have 5 years’ experience in a senior administration/operations/practice management role, preferably in SMSF or financial services;
- Are a calm, confident communicator adapt at managing stakeholder relationships;
- Thrive on tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks;
- Have a demonstrated understanding of office administration systems, allowing you to identify problems and opportunities to re-engineer processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness in the operations environment;
- Embrace the use of technology to enable improved operational efficiency; and
- Have demonstrated experience leading people as a collaborative and supportive Manager.
This role is full time and is based in Sydney.
