Senior Legal Counsel and Company Secretary

We are looking for a values driven, strategic and transformational professional to join our Executive Leadership Team as a senior legal counsel and company secretary. The position is a contract for up to 12 months to cover the maternity leave of our General Counsel.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have:

• 6 + years of post-admission experience including operating in a comparable senior role
• expertise in corporate governance, commercial transactions and regulatory affairs
• high level influencing and relationship building skills
• well-developed conceptual and analytical skills and sound commercial judgement
• excellent written and oral communication skills
