We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mental Health Practitioner to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team.  Mentis Assist is dedicated to providing effective and evidence based service delivery for people with severe and enduring mental illness, dual diagnosis and co-occurring disabilities. Working within a multi-disciplined team, the successful candidate will have well developed practice skills in recovery focused case management, AoD and care coordination.  Qualifications (min. Diploma level) in social work or related health field, extensive experience in the mental health sector and AoD is preferred. Excellent administration and IT skills are essential.
