About Our Client

Due to continual growth The Wilderness Society are now on the hunt for an experienced Membership Retention & Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting directly into the National Director of Memberships and Fundraising, your role as the Membership Retention & Marketing Manager is to grow the life time value of current members through strategic marketing initiatives. This will be achieved by developing and implementing a membership retention strategy with a strong focus on marketing strategies, reviewing the current membership programs, creating strategic plans for annual membership drives whilst working close with various other internal teams.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the National Director of Memberships and Fundraising, your role as the Membership Retention & Marketing Manager is to grow the life time value of current members through strategic marketing initiatives. This will be achieved by developing and implementing a membership retention strategy with a strong focus on marketing strategies, reviewing the current membership programs, creating strategic plans for annual membership drives whilst working close with various other internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful candidate will have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant business related discipline;
• Demonstrated senior experience in a similar marketing retention role
• Significant experience in a fundraising environment;
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills;
• Proficiency in use of standard software applications.
• Strong project management experience.
