For over 80 years 2.5million people have taken part in the Sydney Eisteddfod (SE), a competitive performing arts festival that attracts 30,000 entrants annually in 400 classical and contemporary events providing opportunities for singers, dancers, actors, musicians, composers, bands, choirs and orchestras.

SE operates with a small staff, a committed volunteer board and an army of dedicated volunteers who are the lifeblood of the organisation.

Working closely with the recently appointed board chair Andrew Bissex you will advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of fundraising to support the organisation’s mission and needs.

This board position will suit someone who is passionate about fundraising, the performing arts and young people.
