UnitingCare Gippsland is an agency of The Uniting Church, incorporated under the Uniting Church in Australia Act 1977. This year we celebrate 36 years of service provision in Gippsland. We are a community service organisation delivering a range of services and programs to children, families, communities and individuals across the Gippsland region. With 370 staff, over 100 volunteers, main offices located at Bairnsdale, Sale and Leongatha, and cluster management responsibility for 22 kindergartens, the Agency has a strong presence throughout Gippsland and a diverse workforce.

The Agency is seeking applications for the position of Human Resources Coordinator to work with management and employees to support the effective management of Human Resources across the full employee life cycle. The position could be based in Sale or Bairnsdale with some requirement to travel.

The successful candidate will:

• have a relevant qualification and experience in a similar role
• to be able to demonstrate Human Resource expertise
• to be people focused with excellent relationship skills
• to be regarded for their ethical approach to work
• have an empowering, collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership
• be solutions focused with an eye for systems improvement
