AWARD CATEGORIES
There are six award categories in total. Four recognising employer organisations, one recognising community organisations and a joint award recognising collaboration between employer and community organisations.
Award categories and nomination criteria have been informed by the insights from ACF’s proprietary research with employees, employers and charities.
EMPLOYER ORGANISATION AWARDS
- Best Practice Award
Recognition of overall best practice by an employer in operating and promoting a workplace giving program.
- Innovation Award
Recognition of an innovative workplace giving initiative undertaken by an employer.
- Inspirational Leadership Award
Recognition of an individual or group of individuals whose behaviour has been
inspirational in driving the development of workplace giving in their organisation.
- Organisational Engagement Award
Recognition of excellence in engagement strategies across all levels of the organisation with regard to workplace giving.
JOINT AWARD - EMPLOYER AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS
- Collaboration Award
Recognition of excellence in a collaborative partnership between a community
organisation and an employer organisation with respect to the employer’s workplace giving program.
COMMUNITY ORGANISATION AWARD
- Best Practice Award
Recognition of overall best practice by a community organisation in engaging in workplace giving.
