EGO Workshops: Facilitation & Group Processes
Together we will build participants’ capacity to actively catalyse the infinite potential of groups to address challenges and problems, to unlock the genius of the collective.
In a nutshell...
Designed as an experience rather than a day of tuition, we will structure the day to create an environment where participants will learn by doing. Together, we will discover how to establish safe spaces for creative thinking, to connect and unite, welcoming diversity to draw on the wisdom of our collective intelligence.
The tools and techniques explored are specifically designed to shift and improve patterns of organisation and interaction which can be applied to collaborative relationships, to work effectively with groups, to create authentic involvement at meetings, conferences, brainstorming sessions, networks and learning environments.
Combining wide-ranging experience, the facilitation team on the day will comprise Maor Bar-Ziv, Alex Falk and Jason Quin.
