Come and join the largest gathering of iMIS Users in the Asia Pacific region

The iMIS User Group (NiUG) will be hosting the Asia-Pacific Discovery Conference of 2010, in Cairns, Australia, from October 13th to 15th October at The Pullman Reef Hotel.

iMIS, Advanced Solutions International’s (ASI) flagship product, is used by over 3000 customers worldwide and millions of users. NiUG is a global, independent association of iMIS users representing more than 700 member organisations worldwide.

ASI strongly supports NiUG and offers membership subsidies to all ASI customers. Members of NiUG have at their fingertips the ability to network with peers in the iMIS community and share ideas and solutions that help their organisations achieve success.

NiUG Asia-Pacific is a vibrant and active association, hosting what will be the fourth annual iMIS User Group Conference in Australia. This popular conference has become a permanent fixture for many Not-For-Profit organisations across the region and an impressive list of international speakers has been confirmed from the global iMIS community.

“With the caliber of our speakers and over 30 presentations from industry experts and users, this year promises to be the best yet for the iMIS community in this region. I’d encourage organisations using iMIS to ensure they are represented at this event, learn from your peers, meet new faces and share best practice with your colleagues, “said Rod Dalglish, NiUG  Chairman, Asia-Pacific.

For the first time this year the conference will provide three concurrent streams providing access to more presentations, experts, users and topics. A series of roundtable discussions has also been planned to encourage delegates to raise issues they would like to address and share knowledge and experience with other organisations.

A range of customers from the region will be speaking at the NiUG conference including The Australian Physiotherapy Association, Amnesty International Australia, Vetlearn Foundation of New Zealand and Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

The conference also offers the very popular hands-on workshops on iMIS Task Centre, iMIS Dues/Billing, iMIS WCM, iMIS iParts and data reporting.

“The NiUG conference is a great opportunity for iMIS users to get the most out of their investment and learn from other organisations about how they are using the software to help them run their organisations more efficiently. The NiUG Asia-Pacific team has worked extremely hard to deliver a fantastic program this year and we are proud to be part of it,” said Paul Ramsbottom, managing director, ASI Asia-Pacific.
