Tools for Effective Induction and Staff Development:Learning@work

 A strong workplace learning culture has been shown to greatly aid the retention and development of satisfied and motivated staff. This session explores practical ways of establishing and supporting a learning culture within community services organisations. It is relevant for anyone who works in a CSO from direct support workers to members of Boards; it is particularly aimed at supervisors, team leaders, HR professionals and others who are responsible for, or have an interest in, staff learning and development.
