Financial Management for Effective Programmes – A Programme Officer’s Survival Course

Mango training aims to take the fear out of finance.

The purpose of this course is to build the confidence and skills of programme staff to use financial management tools to implement project activities in a cost effective, controlled and accountable way. Course content includes an introduction to the building blocks of financial management; challenges in the field; and financial monitoring. No previous financial management training or experience is required.

This is the companion course of the FM9: Assessing and Building Partners' Financial Management Capacity, for Programme Managers who implement programmes with local partner NGOs.

This course is 2 days long and non-residential.
