Women Moving Millions is a global philanthropy campaign to elevate women and girls to the top of the philanthropic list and to encourage investment in them with even greater commitment by women and men. Why? Because when women prosper, communities thrive; and when communities thrive, the world becomes a better place for everyone.

In February 2010, the US founders of Women Moving Millions, Helen La Kelly Hunt and Christine Grumm, will visit Melbourne and Sydney to share the story of 185 women who are changing the world by pledging $1 million or more to women and girls.

This initiative is a collaborative project between Women Donors, lead sponsor Greenstone Group, supporting partners International Women's Development Agency, Sydney Community Foundation, Victorian Women's Trust, Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy Australia.
