Mission / Objective

To provide a network of services which supports and enables families of children with high support needs to maintain an appropriate quality of life for their children in a family and community environment.

Services

Xavier Children's Support Network provides support to families with children between the ages of 0 and 16 years who have complex support needs arising from a combination of physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities.

Xavier's services can assist with:

 

• Registered nurse and therapy support
• In-home and out-of-home respite
• In-home support
• Direct family payments/brokerage
• Beachcomber family retreats
• Supports for Children In Care
• Kids Club
• Family Support Facilitation
• Therapy
