Vitae Ltd

Mission / Objective

Vitae Ltd sponsors Champ Camps. Champ Camps are designed to enhance the life choices of youth at risk through character development and leadership training. Participants are assisted to achieve their full human potential in the company of others and the environment. Camps are conducted over nine days in the Australian bush. They are designed for male Participants 13-17 years of age. The aim is to develop modern day Australian heroes who exhibit greatness of spirit and so can be admired for their noble qualities in the ANZAC tradition of ‘have a go’, ‘fair go’, ‘fair dinkum’ and ‘mateship’.

Beneficiary Group

The youth of Australia benefit as also does the Australian community. The Camp changes the values and behaviour of at risk youth; and reduces the social and financial costs to society that result from anti-social behaviour, substance abuse, violence, crime and youth suicide.

In-Kind Donations

All monies donated to Vitae are applied to the recruiting of youths to our Camps and the conduct of those Camps.  In order to lessen the cost of each Camp, Vitae welcomes in-kind donations. The provision of any of the items on our wishlist will assist in reducing the cost of the Camps.  .
