Our Mission is to enable people to build self awareness and their capacity to connect and participate in the areas of relationships and community. As clients are our reason for being, we are committed to supporting them to achieve their goals in ways that enable them to 'test boundaries' and stretch personal capabilities. We respect and recognise the dignity, individuality and contribution of our clients, staff, supporters and partners and ensure all our dealings with them are honest and transparent. We are also committed to growing and developing the organisation for the benefit of current and future clients.
