Mission / Objective

To promote and facilitate positive mental health lifestyles within the community and support those with a mental illness, their carers and families, to attain improved mental health and well being.

Projects in Progress

Pathways provides a structured pathway of care for people over the age of 16 who are experiencing problems as a result of a diagnosed mental illness. Care is provided in a variety of camp, outreach, site based, one to one and in group settings. Specialist support from psychologists and other Therapists also assists participants to identify strengths and develop strategies to address difficulties / symptoms. Over time participants are encouraged and supported to develop personal support network and to access community recreation, education, volunteer and or paid work.
