Otis Foundation, The

The Otis Foundation provides retreats for those living with breast cancer at no accommodation charge. The Otis Foundation retreats offer time out to relax, reconnect and regroup for those dealing with the challenges that come alongside serious illness. The Otis Foundation is non-denominational and does not discriminate on the basis of faith, background, race or sexuality. It welcomes enquiries from any men or women who have ever had breast cancer and feel they would benefit from a stay. Partners, family and friends are also welcome to join them.

Mission / Objective

The OTIS Foundation provides accommodation to hundreds of guests living with breast cancer, across Australia each year. There is no cost to stay at one of the properties and guests are able to take time to enjoy the tranquil surrounds without interruption – away from the demands that everyday life brings, particularly when living with a serious illness. The OTIS Foundations mission is to provide sanctuaries to nurture those facing the challenges of living with breast cancer.

The properties offer an opportunity for guests, family and friends to take time out from the challenges of serious illness to relax, contemplate and regroup.

The OTIS Foundation is totally reliant on donations and fundraising, receiving no government funding. We rely 100% on people like you, to directly support the OTIS guests. Please help us maintain this unique offer of time out, to all people living with breast cancer and their families.
