The Olivia-Newton John Cancer and Wellness Centre will help change the way the disease is treated and help heal the whole person - body, mind and spirit - with patient centred care and treatment.

Mission / Objective

Our vision is for a world-class Cancer and Wellness Centre dedicated to providing the very best of medical treatment and supportive care for cancer patients and their families. It will include an integrated research facility, to help speed up the process of searching for and implementing new treatments to help stop cancer from spreading and occurring. A special feature will be the Wellness Centre, offering a full range of supportive programs and complementary therapies, extending the wellness philosophy that will underpin the whole approach of the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre.

Projects in Progress

The Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre will be provide a comprehensive range of services and facilities for cancer treatment, education, training and research. The facilities will build on more than a century of cancer care and expertise at the Austin Hospital.

The Wellness Centre will provide much needed space to further develop some patient centred aspects of care such as relaxation, massage and meditation, as well as providing education and information for patients and their families.
