Halfway Home Animal Rescue Inc

Halfway Home Animal Rescue finds homes for all breeds of companion animals (dogs, cats, puppies, kittens and to a lesser extent rabbits and guinea-pigs) where they have no other options. Mostly these animals are of the many on death row in pounds. These animals typically were either dumped by their owners or found as strays. We are run completely by volunteer staff and operate an in-home foster-care network. We operate a no-kill model and do whatever it takes to find a home for animals coming into out care. Often we take the old, sick or timid dogs and cats who have had a rough life and are often overlooked in the large shelters. Donations to Halfway Home are tax-deductible and our greatest need is funding for vet treatment.

Volunteering
