To provide monitory support for leukaemia researchers and medical personnel and to support leukemia patients and their families in Tasmania.

Projects in Progress

Fundraising for leukaemia research and patient support is ongoing. We are currently financing two research projects at the Menzies Research Institute and the University of Tasmania. They are titled Deregulation of gene expression by RUNX1 fusion proteins in leukaemia and "Investigating the genetics of familial heamatological cancers in Tasmania". We are also sponsoring six Professional Development Scholarships for leukaemia/cancer nursing and allied medical staff throughout Tasmania.
