Projects in Progress
Our new Kinship Care program assists extended family members raising children. Donations of clothing, educational expenses and money are very welcome.
Our Refugees Minor program assists unaccompanied refugees aged under 18 with re-settlement, schooling, transport etc. A financial donation is an investment in these children's and our multicultural society's future.
CAFS Heritage program assists those who have been in the care of the Ballarat Orphanage or Ballarat Childrens Home to discover their history.
CAFS Early Childhood Development Centre is a world-leader in research and practice of early childhood intervention for children at risk. One example is the Growing Together program which offers parenting support and early childhood education to parents with a learning disability. We are currently seeking donations of books, baby needs including nappies, car seats, strollers etc. and general household items to assist these clients.
