Projects in Progress

Cancer Council WA is a non-government organisation, which relies on community support to fund its wide range of activities. Services and programs provided by the Council include: Cancer Council Helpline 13 11 20, Cancer Education and prevention, Research funding, Advocacy, Counselling, Accommodation in Perth for country cancer patients, Palliative care education & support services, Wig Service, Statewide support services, Volunteer programs and Fundraising events

We are also getting better at understanding how cancer impacts on families, and more is being done to help people survive the emotional impact of cancer.
